When more than half of your productive population that shoulders 75% of responsibilities are discriminated, stereotyped, and prevented from leading according to their passion and talent, you’re in crisis as a team, community, and society.
This disparity has serious economic and social implications at multiple levels. That is why we at PRO Leadership doing our best to increase the awareness of both men and women concerning the consequences of failing to bridge the gender leadership gap.
We’ll soon release a book that provides data, and most importantly, approaches to bridge the gender leadership gap.
