Following the launching of Bridging the leadership gaps in Africa Initiative on May 29th, 2019 in the US, as part of implementing the Initiative, we arranged the first leadership development workshop entitled ‘New Breed Leaders of Africa’ on July 6th, 2019 in Maryland, USA. It was very successful. This workshop is the foundational program aims at raising 1 million New Breed Leaders of Africa in one generation who have the leadership competency to transform Africa.

We have a plan to conduct a similar workshop in Addis Ababa after the launching conference which will be held on July 17th 2019 at AAU.
