Title: “Managing our Emotions in the COVID 19 era”
Description: This webinar is the first of a series of webinars. It aims at equipping leaders to understand and develop their emotional fitness during the COVID19 pandemic. It also empowers leaders to tap into their own emotions and the emotions of others to cope with, outlast, and ultimately come out stronger once this is all over.
Learning Objectives:
- To understand how the current COVID19 crisis affects our emotions
- To manage our emotions and the stress that comes from the direct and indirect impacts of the pandemic
- To recognize how the crisis may affect other people’s emotions and how to leverage our emotional fitness to support others
- To bring together our community of learning and practice in this testing time of a global challenge

Duration: One hour & thirty minutes (with possible extension by thirty minutes)
